To prevent a scenario in which a Jackpot's round never ends, there is a hard limit of $100,000 in place, which will trigger the Morbin Time catalyst when it is reached.

Once Morbin Time is reached $70,000 is used to buy Vamp from the liquidity pool and then burned, causing a massive price increase.

Investors that didn't win the jackpot still have a reason to hold their Vamp cause of Morbin Time.

Sustainability

With the remaining $30,000, $20,000 goes back into the jackpot pool and the other $10k goes to the marketing/dev wallet.
